Pleasant experience there. Reasonably clean venue with peaceful location in the middle of jackson. Location close enough to downtown, a good area and eatery's & great Mexican restaurant.

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
The friendly staff, and the queen room was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the refreshing pool and a awesome breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. Pro tip, Arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush!

We loved visiting the local wineries and hitting the outlet shops. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants. Just a heads up, breakfast could use improvement, but overall, it was a solid experience. Definitely recommend for groups!

Christine was the nicest most helpful check in clerk I've ever met. My check in was ordinary, but she went out of her way to help the people before and after me when I was waiting for friends. She was so nice.

Room was clean, breakfast was good : [had a great selection of food- some hot/some cold]...Comfortable bed-[ I would have slept well if the window air/heat unit wasn't so loud]..
Loud air/heat unit..Had trouble with door swipe card-it took at least 6 attempts each time to get the door to unlock..
